It’s been a busy week in the past week with Bec being asked to speak on a panel for Receipt Bank Roadshow at the National Wine Centre in Adelaide. With around 40 people in attendance there is a great buzz around Receipt Bank, and the ways that accountants and bookkeepers can automate parts of their businesses, along with streamlining processes for peoples businesses. Receipt Bank events are a great way to learn about not only Receipt Bank but the state of the industry and how to assist the wide range of client groups that are around. And the people from Receipt Bank are awesome, with Alex and Bianca doing a great job hosting.
With a range of questions being asked to Bec and Penelope from Pene’s Bookkeeping Services Adelaide which helped the audience to understand different aspects of implementing Receipt Bank into their business, along with various aspects of the changing face of Accounting and Bookkeeping.
Earlier in the week Bec had attended the Clare Bookkeepers Group and discussed various aspects of single touch payroll solutions and options.
Of course mid last week we also hosted a Single Touch Payroll workshop in Gawler at Cafe Nova.
With Single Touch Payroll deadlines approaching it is important to be prepared for the upcoming changes, if you are not already. It isn’t something to be worried about as the changes are quite simple.
